How It Works
Consultation
It all starts with a conversation. Reach out with details about your project. We'll discuss your goals, your sound, and the best approach to bring your vision to life. This initial step is completely free and ensures we're the right fit for you.
Quote & Deposit
Based on our consultation, we'll provide a detailed, transparent quote for your project. To confirm your booking and lock in your studio time, we require a 50% deposit. This secures your dates in our calendar.
The Session
This is where the magic happens. Arrive at the studio, get comfortable, and let's create. We'll handle all the technical aspects so you can focus entirely on delivering your best performance. We work efficiently to maximize our time together.
Delivery & Final Payment
Once you're completely satisfied with the final mixes and masters, we'll process the remaining balance. Upon payment, we'll deliver all of your high-quality audio files in your desired formats. Your music is now ready for the world.
Frequently Asked Questions
We require at least 7 days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will forfeit the 50% deposit. We understand that things happen, and we will always try to work with you to find a new date if possible.
Absolutely! We offer "Dry Hire" rates for experienced professionals who wish to use our facility with their own team. We require a brief overview of the engineer's experience to ensure they are familiar with a large-format console workflow. An assistant from our team can be made available if needed.
We take data integrity very seriously. During the project, your session files are backed up daily. Upon completion and final payment, we deliver all files (including final masters, instrumentals, and full multi-track stems if requested) via a secure Dropbox or Google Drive link. We recommend you make your own backups, as we only guarantee to hold project files for 60 days after project completion.
